Individual Therapy
The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are

What is Individual Therapy?
Our goal at New Paths Counseling is to offer a person-to-person experience reinforced through listening, understanding, and learning about your needs and concerns. The goal of individual therapy is to develop self-awareness and new insight into conditions which affect everyday functioning to restore balance. At New Paths Counseling, we take a client-centered and holistic approach, while incorporating evidenced-based techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Ecosystemic Structural Therapy, Positive Psychology, as well as analysis. I have found that by utilizing a holistic approach or person-in-environment approach, we can understand ourselves more in-depth and fully.
