New Paths Counseling is a private practice serving individuals in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with a primary office in beautiful downtown Haddonfield, New Jersey. We offer both virtual as well as in-person therapeutic options.

Currently, New Paths Counseling, LLC is seeking multiple compassionate and professional Psychotherapist’s/LCSW’s/LSW’s for an expanding Private Practice in Haddonfield, NJ. Candidates will have the flexibility to create a structured work schedule that meets their needs.

This is a hybrid-option designed position. An ideal candidate is an individual with a desire to help better meet the growing needs of the communities we serve throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. The clinician can schedule either in-person or virtual appointments according to their personal needs, promoting and maintaining flexibility in their lives as well. *** New Paths Counseling encourages the nurtured-clinician approach and will support the clinician in developing or maintaining a healthy work and life balance. The job opportunity is ideal for a clinician who wants to help people, as well as build a lasting imprint on the community.

This position can be developed into a role that promotes the clinician’s strengths and specialties. The clinician will receive support in developing an active caseload initially. Once the clinician has developed a working caseload, they will be responsible to maintain and nurture the therapeutic relationships necessary in providing authentic and supportive care.

***Office space is provided by the company for the clinicians’ in-person appointments.

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of New Jersey required, and in Pennsylvania preferred.

  • Supervision for LSW seeking licensure is available

• Experience in providing direct care to individuals or families

• Ability to complete paperwork and encounter notes proficiency

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to empathize with and connect with clients

• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and intervention modalities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the ethical standards outlined in the NASW code of ethics

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of clients

• Contracted with insurance panels Blue Cross, Horizon BCBS of NJ, United Healthcare, and Aetna are preferred but not required.

• Experience in private practice is preferred but not required.
