New Paths Counseling is a private practice serving individuals in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with a primary office in beautiful downtown Haddonfield, New Jersey. We offer both virtual as well as in-person therapeutic options.

Currently, New Paths Counseling, LLC is seeking multiple compassionate and professional Psychotherapist’s/LCSW’s/LSW’s for an expanding Private Practice in Haddonfield, NJ. Candidates will have the flexibility to create a structured work schedule that meets their needs.
This is a hybrid-option designed position. An ideal candidate is an individual with a desire to help better meet the growing needs of the communities we serve throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. The clinician can schedule either in-person or virtual appointments according to their personal needs, promoting and maintaining flexibility in their lives as well. *** New Paths Counseling encourages the nurtured-clinician approach and will support the clinician in developing or maintaining a healthy work and life balance. The job opportunity is ideal for a clinician who wants to help people, as well as build a lasting imprint on the community.
This position can be developed into a role that promotes the clinician’s strengths and specialties. The clinician will receive support in developing an active caseload initially. Once the clinician has developed a working caseload, they will be responsible to maintain and nurture the therapeutic relationships necessary in providing authentic and supportive care.
***Office space is provided by the company for the clinicians’ in-person appointments.

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of New Jersey required, and in Pennsylvania preferred.
Supervision for LSW seeking licensure is available
Experience in providing direct care to individuals or families
Ability to complete paperwork and encounter notes proficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to empathize with and connect with clients
Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and intervention modalities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the ethical standards outlined in the NASW code of ethics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of clients

Contracted with insurance panels Blue Cross, Horizon BCBS of NJ, United Healthcare, and Aetna are preferred but not required.
Experience in private practice is preferred but not required.
